Terms & Conditions
Welcome!
We are delighted that you’re interested in becoming a part of our vibrant community of artisans. Please take a moment to review the following information before submitting your event application:
Vendor Application Terms and Conditions
By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Approval and Acceptance
Applications will be approved/denied based on event needs.
The submittal of an application does not guarantee a vendor's acceptance into any event.
All decisions are at the discretion of Shop and Stroll Market.
Shop and Stroll Markets reserves the right to deny or cancel any vendor that does not follow professional expectations and guidelines.
As we strive to create diversity in our markets, there will be a limited number of the same kind of vendors per market. Such as there being no more than 3 wreath vendors per market, and we will rotate for the following months as new vendors apply to give them a chance as well. However, if we have a large market, we will be a little less strict because it will cover two floors, and we will just separate people. Also, we sometimes have people who sell just about everything on one table. Please limit the categories.
Vendor Acceptance Terms
We review each vendor application individually, considering:
- Product type
- Display quality
- Location
- Community reviews
- Professionalism
Vendors agree to promote and share event promotions through their marketing channels.
Each application must include digital photographs:

- One photo of the artist's booth completely set up
