About the application
For the safety of all guests and vendors, Powwow for The Future follows standard health and safety guidelines, including maintaining clean and organized vendor spaces. We ask that visitors and vendors practice social distancing where possible and respect others' personal space. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and join us at a future event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Booth & Setup
Indoor 10×10 space with one 6-ft table and two chairs provided.
Tent frames allowed; no canopies.
Setup Saturday morning; breakdown Sunday after 6PM only.
Licensing & Insurance
Vendors must upload a valid business license.
$1,000,000 liability insurance required, naming UNLV Board of Regents as additional insured.
You will have an opportunity to purchase insurance for a minimal fee after the application is approved. (THIS A UNLV REQUIREMENT)
Indian Arts & Crafts Act
No misrepresentation of Native-made or Native-inspired products.
Preference may be given to Native/Indigenous craft vendors.
Event Protocols
Vendors must remain open during event hours and keep walkways clear.
Displays must be safe and follow all UNLV facility rules.
Parking & Load-In
Parking and load-in instructions provided before the event.
Vehicles must move immediately after unloading.
Sales & Conduct
Craft vendors may not sell food.
Vendors must follow all staff and campus guidelines.
Refunds & Liability
Fees are non-refundable once approved.
UNLV and the event are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

- I acknowledge that I must provide insurance for this event once my application is accepted. If I do not already have insurance, a courtesy link will be provided to purchase low-cost coverage for this one-time event.
- I acknowledge that limited power is available on a first-come, first-served basis
- I acknowledge that I must comply with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990, and that it is illegal to sell or display any art or craft in a way that falsely suggests it is Indian-made, and I understand that preference may be given to vendors of American Indian, Alaskan Native, or Indigenous ancestry.
