About the application
Slice of Pflugerville invites cultural organizations to participate in this vibrant celebration of heritage, culture, and connection. This event highlights the traditions, pflavors, music, and creativity that make Pflugerville a welcoming and diverse city.
Cultural organizations are encouraged to showcase their mission & traditions through interactive displays, crafts, educational resources, live demonstrations, performances, and engagement opportunities. Participation is a great way to connect with residents, promote future events, and inspire community involvement.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome local organizations representing a wide range of cultures, identities, and traditions. Creative and engaging booth concepts are highly encouraged, including but not limited to:
- Cultural crafts or hands-on activities
- Heritage displays or educational exhibits
- Information on cultural traditions, holidays, or history
- Promotion of upcoming community events or programs
- Volunteer or membership engagement opportunities
- Dance performances, music performances, or cultural demonstrations

Single Booth: 12’ x 12’ space
Selection Process
All applications will be reviewed through a jury-based selection process. Priority will be given to organizations that best enhance Slice of Pflugerville’s mission to celebrate cultural diversity, community engagement, and authentic cultural experiences. Political affiliations, parties and groups will not be accepted.
Application Notification
Organizations will be notified of their application status by March 6, 2026.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or booth placement.

This application is intended for local cultural organizations around the surrounding areas.
For artisan, craft, jewelry, or cottage food vendors, please apply through the Artisan Vendor Application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Equipment Responsibility: Organizations are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs for their booth setup.
- Booth Stability: Organizations utilizing pop-up booths must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights or anchors.
- Event Information: Organizations will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in, load-out procedures, and any other essential event information two weeks prior to the event.
- Electricity: Please note that electricity will not be available at the event. Organizations should plan accordingly for their power needs.
