Terms & Conditions

What We’re Looking For

This is an Arts & Crafts–style market (not resale or generic wholesale). We are prioritizing vendors who:

  • Create original, handmade, or artist-designed work
  • Are involved in the design and/or production of the items they sell
  • Bring something unique or thoughtfully crafted to the market
  • We strongly encourage applications from artists working in:
  • Handmade & crafted goods (jewelry, textiles, fiber art, candles, ceramics, etc.)
  • Illustration, painting, prints, zines, and mixed media
  • 3D printed items that you designed yourself (original files or heavily modified designs)
  • Upcycled, custom, or small-batch creations
  • Any other creative work that reflects care, intention, and originality
  • The more unique your work, the better!

Important Values & Expectations

  • All vendors and their work must be respectful of all marginalized communities, not only queer folks.
  • Hate speech, harmful imagery, or exclusionary messaging will not be accepted.
  • Our goal is to create a balanced market, so we may limit duplicates of similar items to help vendors have the best possible sales and avoid oversaturation.

Application Review

  • Photos of your work are required as part of the application. These help us understand your style, quality, and how your work fits into the overall market.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, as space is limited and curated.

Questions?
If you have questions about whether your work is a good fit or need clarification before applying, please email us at insight@queerolina.org — we’re happy to help!

Thank you for helping us build a market rooted in creativity, care, and community. We can’t wait to see what you make. ?✨
