Vendors are invited to showcase unique arts, crafts, jewelry, clothing, and more that reflect the art, traditions, and style of the city's diverse cultures. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with a broad audience, promote your business, and be part of a meaningful celebration of Pflugerville's global community. 

 

All vendors will be selected based on a jury system. Please note: Those vendors that enhance Slice of Pflugerville's celebration of culture will be prioritized.

  • Clothing & Jewelry Vendors
  • Cottage Food Vendors

Business Booth Exclusion:

  • Please note that this event exclusively welcomes artisans, crafters, jewelry makers, and cottage food vendors. Business booths with no tangible goods for sale at the event will not be accepted. Political affiliations, parties and groups will not be accepted.

Booth Options:

  • Single Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x12 booth space.
  • Double Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x24 booth space.

Vendors will be promptly notified of their application status on March 6, 2026. Submitting an application does not guarantee a space at the event.

Slice of Pflugerville is a community event that celebrates cultures, pflavors, and connection. Experience the different cultures that make up Pflugerville's community through live music performances by local artists, delicious food from a variety of cuisines and unique artisan vendors selling handmade goods. The event provides a space for people from all walks of life to come together, connect and appreciate the rich cultural tapestry of our community.

Terms & Conditions

  • Equipment Responsibility: Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs for their booth setup.
  • Booth Stability: Vendors utilizing pop-up booths must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights or anchors.
  • Event Information: Vendors will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in, load-out procedures, and any other essential event information two weeks prior to the event.
  • Electricity: Please note that electricity will not be available at the event. Vendors should plan accordingly for their power needs.
