Ars MAG Presents Studio Live NYFW: Creatives at Work—a collaborative, live-production experience where fashion, art, and culture clock in together. Designers, models, photographers, media, and artists step into an active studio environment, each with a role, a purpose, and a shared goal: create in real time.

Brand Payment Policy

• A $100 or $150 deposit is required immediately to secure participation
• Deposit is applied toward total participation cost
• Deposits accepted through January 10
  After January 10, full participation payment is required upfront
• Participation is not confirmed until payment is received

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The registration fee is refundable only if brand/designer slots are full.
• If a brand or designer cancels, withdraws, or backs out for any reason, the registration fee will be forfeited.
• The registration fee is non-transferable.
