About the application
Join us this year for our annual Arts Festival, Sugar Rush! Sugar Rush is a two-day outdoor event located in Sugar Hill, GA, featuring visual and performing arts, food, music, history, and family fun! In addition to custom screen prints and artist demonstrations, up to 50 booths will be awarded to artists who wish to sell their work at the festival. We'd love for you to come out and participate! Join us this year for an event you won't want to miss!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Any vendor applied under the incorrect application will be withdrawn and asked to apply under the correct application.
A submitted application is an acknowledgement of the requirement of attendance for all days of the festival if approved as a vendor.
Early application does not guarantee early acceptance.
1. Neither Sugar Rush, the City of Sugar Hill, nor its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the exhibitor(s), the exhibitor’s property, from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require.
2. Only one vendor or business is allowed per booth.
3. In case of inclement weather, the City of Sugar Hill will inform vendors if the event will be postponed, the event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations due to weather will not receive a refund.
Receiving a refund will be up to the discretion of event management.
4. If accepted, your booth payment must be received by 10/1/2026.
5. Only products approved by the City of Sugar Hill will be allowed to be sold at the event.
6. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include weights and tie-downs for securing tents. If your space requires power, you must have a generator.
Trash containers, restroom facilities, and eating areas will be provided.
7.Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booths must remain open and shall not be dismantled prior to the event's end. After the event, all merchandise must be packed and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure.
8. All booth spaces will be outdoors.
9. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by 9:30 am.The estimated event end time for vendors is 6:00 pm
10. ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL AND MADE BY THE APPLICANT. T-shirts, commercial clothing, manufactured toys, items made from commercially available molds, jewelry made from prefabricated materials, and other commercial items will not be permitted. Small production items made by the applicant are allowed.
11. Any work that is misrepresented will not be allowed to exhibit during the festival. Artwork that is made with the use of generative artificial intelligence is prohibited. Exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any work.
Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.
12. Vendors who do not personally design and create the goods they sell are considered businesses and will be asked to apply under a different application
13. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
14. Images you submit may be used for the marketing of this event.
15. Any application failing to follow picture requirements will not be considered for this event.

- I hereby apply for booth space for sale purposes in the City of Sugar Hill event. Having done so, I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations previously set forth in this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the event and I will not be invited nor included in future events sponsored by Sugar Hill. The City of Sugar Hill, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof, assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her/their personal effects, including goods for sale occurring on the premises or arising under Sugar Hill event activities and said exhibitors agree, contest, and acknowledge to hold the City of Sugar Hill harmless for any injury or loss. I have read and fully understand all the rules and guidelines of the City of Sugar Hill.
