Terms & Conditions
Fee: Fee includes one 10 x 10 tent space only. ELECTRICITY IS NOT PROVIDED.
Payment: Payment will be taken upon approval. Vendor must provide a viable card with application. Failure to do so will result in immediate denial.
Setup/Takedown: Set up is from 1-4pm on Thursday, July 2. Vendor placement is up to the discretion of the park department. Vendors are responsible for bringing ALL supplies and equipment necessary for set up and operation. Vendors must stay for the duration of the event.
Sales Tax: All vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting their own sales tax.

Waiver & Release Of All Claims:
I, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program. I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs. I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”. The Vendor understands that exclusivity on products for sale and location of set up is not guaranteed. I agree that I have read and accepted the terms of this application

REFUND POLICY: All vendor fees are non-transferable and non-creditable. Vendors who cancel 30+ days before the event may receive a 50% refund with written notice. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 30 days or for no-shows. If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will receive a 70% refund, unless the event has already begun or is fully set up—in which case no refunds are issued. The event will not be rescheduled, and no credits or alternate dates will be offered. All events are rain or shine.

- I understand that if I use a tent that 25 lbs weights AND stakes are REQUIRED, PER LEG! I will be PROHIBITED from utilizing my tent if I do not have those.
