About the application
Welcome to the 3rdAnnual Huntley Park District Food Truck Frenzy! This event was created to show off various types of food trucks, from all over the state and region! The event will be from 11:00a - 8:00p and trucks, carts and tents are expected to stay for the duration of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Last year, we had 6,000+ people and 30 different food trucks/trailers in attendance. We anticipate even more people this year! In addition to food trucks, we also have vendors and sponsors on site, 2 live bands and a DJ performing throughout the day, and also a Kidz Zone with games and activities for kids and families,
Food Trucks are considered on a first come, first serve basis - especially by food type. The Park District retains the right to deny a food truck for not providing accurate or complete documentation in a timely manner. This event is looking for variation in food styles, so the Park District will be limiting the quantity of food styles, as to not have too much repetition and allow a successful opportunity for all trucks involved.
Applying for this event is FREE. You will not be charged until you are approved by Huntley Park District staff. Fees associated with this application are related to the Huntley Park District. Fees required by the Village of Huntley or McHenry County Department of Health are not included or accounted for in this application, and must be directed to those entities.

The Huntley Park District reserves the right to deny the participation of a food truck or food/beverage cart or tent at any time, for not providing accurate or complete documentation in a timely manner.
All charged fees are non-refundable, including for reasons such as failing inspection on the day of the event or last minute cancellation.
