About the application
This application is for non-profit vendors.
2026 Mayfest Vendor Fees:
$125 single table (6')
All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit non-profits at our discretion.
Card payment information will be entered during application process. Your card will NOT be charged unless and until you are accepted. No check or cash payments will be accepted.
Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Non-Profit vendors will NOT be allowed to use a tent.
Non-Profit Vendors:
- An extremely limited number of non-profit organizations will be accepted.
- Non-profits will only be located at the Amp and must have a kid’s activity or craft.
- Non-profits will not be allowed to use a tent.
- Non-profits must supply one 6' table and stay within their allotted space. Do not plan to use space to either side of your table.
- Proof of non-profit status from IRS must be provided with application.
- Electricity is not provided.
- Accepted vendors must load-in between 6:30am-7:00am sharp.
Event will be held rain or shine.
