About the application
This application is for arts and crafts vendors.
2026 Mayfest Vendor Fees:
$125 per 10’x10’ booth
$165 per 10’x10’ booth on Adamson Square
All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. Vendors will be accepted based on quality and variety of product shown in submitted photos.
Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.
If accepted, you will be notified on April 1, 2026 and must select and pay for your booth location online with credit or debit card. No check or cash payments will be accepted.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
New: White or black tents are required at all City of Carrollton events.
Arts and Crafts Vendors:
- Arts and craft vendors must have handmade or handcrafted items.
- A limited number of vendors per category will be accepted.
- No generators allowed.
- Each booth space is 10'x10' No double booth spaces are available this year.
- Gourmet food (canned goods, sauces, spices, etc.) applicants should complete an Arts and Crafts application. Must have a current cottage food or Department of Agriculture license and must post a copy of their license in their booth.
- Electricity is not provided.
- No trailers may be left in or around booth space.
- Vendors must provide their own white or black tent, tables and chairs.
- All items requested to be sold during the show must be listed on the application.
- Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax.
This is not a “buy-sell” show. Manufactured items or commercially packaged products will not be permitted (this includes but is not limited to: mass produced ceramics, clothing, purses, etc.).
- Items not permitted: promo items, permanent jewelry vendors, boutique clothing, cosmetics (makeup, lip gloss, etc.), CBD products, t-shirts, screen printed/vinyl applied apparel/items, metal tumblers.
Application must include: 1 current photo of the exhibitor’s booth and at least 4 photos of the items intended to be sold during the show. ALL exhibitors must submit photos, even if they have submitted and been accepted in the past.
- Accepted vendors will be assigned a load-in window based on the location selected. This will be communicated weeks prior with the first wave beginning at approximately 6am.
There are no saved, reserved or held locations year-over-year.
