About the application
This application is for NORTH STRAUB PARK, Saturday, June 27, 2026, there is a separate application for the South Straub VIP area. Please choose the application that aligns with the park you want to be located in.
The heart of Pride Weekend, the Pride Festival brings together live entertainment, vendors, food and drink, and community organizations in a high-energy celebration of creativity, visibility, and togetherness.
Key Information for registration:
- St Pete Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
- Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
- You may edit registration after submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
- day of event contact information
- company Logo: Eventeny ONLY accepts JPEG (.jpg) files for logo uploads. Your application will error if any other file format is used
- company URL
- non-profit documentation
- certificate of insurance
- Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information is below. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance through Eventeny.
- Vendor Setup and Load-In starts at 10:30 AM and will be by zones in 30 increments (to be communicated prior to the event).
- The festival starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM
- Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 9:00 PM.
Insurance Information:
Vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming St Pete Pride, Inc as a certificate holder, along with below organizations as additional Named Insured.
