Calling all nonprofits, changemakers, and community superheroes! Pride in te Park 2026 wouldn't be Pride without the incredible organizations who show up for our LGBTQIA+ community every single day, offering support, safety, recourses, advocacy and love when it matters most!  Your work is lifesaving, affirming, and powerful, and Pride is our chance to celebrate you loudly, proudly and fabulously while connectiving you with the community you serve!  

 

Participation as a non-profit organization also gives you access to be a participant in the parade.  The fee for a non-profit 10 by 10 ft space is $125.  If you would like a vehicle in the parade, there is an additional $25 fee, for a total of $150.  Please choose the correct category for your group.

 

Join us in the park as we uplift queer joy, build community, and remind the world that when nonprofits show up, ther LGBTQIA+ community thrives!

Pride in the Park 2026, hosted by Pride Beaverton, is back for its 9th fabulous year - brighter, bolder, and gayer than ever! This joyful community celebration transforms Beaverton City Park into a glittering, rainbow-soaked festival of queer joy and togetherness. Expect a dazzling mix of local artists, queer performers, crafty makers, community nonprofits, and mouth-watering food vendors, all coming together to create a warm, family-friendly, and fiercely inclusive space where everyone under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella AND every fabulous ally belongs. Join us for a day filled with music, sparkle, drag, laughter, pride, and pure community magic as we celebrate diversity, uplift queer voices, and honor the beauty of being unapologetically ourselves.

Terms & Conditions

Nonprofit Booth Terms and Conditions

-Pride in the Park 2026 will provide each participating nonprofit with one 10 by 10ft booth space within the event footprint.

-Participating organizations are responsible for providing all booth materials, including, but not limited to tents/canopies, tables, chairs, displays, signage, and tent weights (25lbs/leg).

-All tents and displays must be appropriately weighted and secured for outdoor use to ensure the dsafety of attendees, volunteers and neighboring booths.

-Booth spaces will be assigned by event organizers.  Detailed booth placement, load in/out instructions, and site maps will be shared during the first week of June 2026.

-Organizations agree to operate their booths in a matter that is respectful, inclusive, and aligned with the values of the LGBTQIA+ community and Pride in the Park.

-Pride in the Park reserves the right to make final determination regarding booth placement, setup requirements, and event operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
