About the application
- Your reservation will be confirmed once acceptance has been granted and payment has been successfully processed.
- Upon acceptance, you will receive an email containing marketing material to be used to promote the event.
- The week of event you will receive detailed information regarding the load-in process.
- In the event of situations beyond our control, should we have to cancel, vendors will be notified on the morning of the event, and your fee will be applied to the rescheduled date that will be determined.

Vendor Participation Terms
Please review the following information regarding vendor registration and participation in the Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights Pop-Up, taking place Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Emporium Events, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse, Suite A, Stonecrest, GA 30038.
Vendor registration fees range from $100–$155, depending on the option selected. Please do not submit an application unless you are prepared to pay immediately upon approval.
Once your application has been approved, the non-refundable vendor fee will be charged to the card provided on your application. Your vendor space is only secured once payment has been successfully processed.
Spaces cannot be held without payment, and partial payments are not accepted. If payment cannot be processed at the time of approval, the space will be released and made available to another vendor.
Each vendor table is limited to ONE vendor category. Please ensure the product or service listed on your application accurately reflects what you will be selling during the event.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs. You are encouraged to decorate your space with Bourbon-themed décor to enhance the event atmosphere. However, glitter, confetti, or any alterations to the venue walls are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning or repair fee payable to Emporium Events, LLC, which will be the responsibility of the vendor.
Centered and Sexy, LLC will provide marketing materials and promotional graphics for vendors to use when promoting the event. While you are welcome to create your own promotional content, marketing your business and encouraging your audience to attend is your responsibility. Please be sure to accept all collaboration requests to assist with cross-promotion and maximize event visibility.
Vendors are welcome to bring display signage and marketing materials for their tables. Any special requests must be noted at the time of application submission. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, approval is not guaranteed.
Vendors will have access to the event space beginning at 3:30 PM for setup, approximately 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. The event will conclude at 9:00 PM, with time allotted until 10:00 PM for breakdown and cleanup.
Vendor spaces will be assigned upon arrival at check-in.
Please note that Centered and Sexy, LLC assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents involving vendors, volunteers, or patrons during the event. Additionally, Centered and Sexy, LLC is not responsible for the effects or use of any products sold by vendors. Each vendor is fully responsible for the safety, quality, and liability of their products and services.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or other conditions beyond our control, the Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights Pop-Up may be rescheduled to a later date. Should the event be canceled by Centered and Sexy, LLC or Emporium Events, this agreement will become null and void and all vendor fees will be fully refunded.
Small business vendors are authorized to use the name and promotional materials associated with the Centered & Sexy Bourbon Nights Pop-Up for marketing purposes related to this event.
Submission of your application confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

IF you are doing TWO tables, then please indicate if their will be THREE or FOUR people so I can charge accordingly.
