1. Eligibility

• Open to all artists, regardless of experience level.
• Submissions accepted in the following categories: Animation, Comics, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Fandom, and Cosplay.

2. Submission Guidelines

• Each artist may submit up to 2 pieces.
• All artwork must be original and created by the submitting artist. Any computer generated artwork must be identified as such.
• Digital submissions must be high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
• Physical pieces must adhere to size restrictions of 6ftx6ft.
• FansField's Art Show is open to viewers under 18 and is subject to the State of Texas' (adult materials) laws. Artwork unsuitable for our audience will not be displayed.

3. Application Process

• Complete the application form by January 15, 2025
• Submit your artwork for approval by January 31, 2025.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Selection Process

• A panel of judges will review all submissions on March 14, 2025 after artists have set up their artwork at the Mansfield Activity Center (MAC).
• Selected winners will be notified by March 15, 2025
• The decision of the judges is final.

5. Exhibition and Display

• Artwork will be displayed at the event inside of the Mansfield Activity Center (MAC).
• The event organizers reserve the right to determine the layout and presentation of all submissions.

6. Awards

• Awards will be given in various categories during the event.
• Winners will be notified on-site.

7. Ownership and Copyright

• Artists retain full copyright of their work.
• By submitting, artists grant the event organizers permission to use images of their artwork for promotional purposes.
• Any computer generated artwork must be identified as such.

8. Liability

• The event organizers will take reasonable care in handling artwork but are not responsible for loss or damage.
• Artists are encouraged to insure their pieces if they desire.

9. Agreement

• By submitting your artwork, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
