About the application
This application is for artists to showcase their work on Adamson Square.
Make sure you can attend before completing the application. Participants who back out of the event after they are accepted may not be invited back to future events. There is no application or participation fee.
Acceptance is at the discretion of the event committee. Once all spots have been filled for both dates this application will close and all inquiries will be placed on a waiting list.
Accepted artists will set up on Thursday, March 26 between 3:00pm–4:45pm.
If event is modified due to weather applicants will be emailed notification to the address listed on this application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- All work must be original and handmade by the artist.
- Work must be able to be viewed by all ages.
- Participants are required to provide all the materials necessary to setup a display of their work including tables, chairs, easels and grids.
- Applicants are allowed one 6' table and use no more than an 8'x8' footprint.
- No tents are allowed.
