The Loring Park Art Festival offers a limited number of deeply discounted spaces to nonprofit organizations for community outreach.

About the Festival
The Loring Park Art Festival will be held July 25th & 26th, 2026, in beautiful Loring Park near downtown Minneapolis, MN. Wildflowers and formal gardens make this an idyllic setting for art, music, food, and entertainment. Circling the large pond in Loring Park, the work of 150 juried fine artists and fine craftspeople is showcased. It is a beautiful urban setting with phenomenal art in every medium. The Loring Park Art Festival is Rated one of the 100 best fine art shows in Sunshine Artist Magazine and is attended by 25,000 art enthusiasts over the weekend.
Dates: Saturday, July 25, 10-6 pm & Sunday, July 26, 10-5 pm.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Organizations must provide their own 10x10 tent, tables and chairs or rent them from our vendor (tent rental package: $400 for the weekend includes set up and take down of tent).
- This space is offered at $50 (a value of $3,750).
- Nonprofits may sell items at their booth for an additional $50 fee.
- Participants selling items at the event must submit form ST-19.
- Participants must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least 14 days before the festival. The certificate must show General Liability Insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000, with “Stone Arch Bridge Festival” (the parent company) listed as “Additional Insured.”
- Set up takes place on Friday, July 24 through 9am on Saturday, July 25
- Participants must staff their booth for both days of the festival during all festival hours (10-6 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday)
- Cancelations after 5/1/26 waive their right to a refund
