The Stone Arch Bridge Festival offers a limited number of deeply discounted spaces to nonprofit organizations for community outreach.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Nonprofit organizations must provide their own 10x10 tent, tables and chairs or rent them from our vendor (tent rental package: $400 for the weekend includes set up and take down of tent).
- This space is offered at $50 (a value of $3,750).
- Nonprofits may sell items or services at their booth for an additional $50 fee.
- Participants selling items at the event must submit form ST-19
- Participants must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least 14 days before the festival. The certificate must show General Liability Insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000, with “Stone Arch Bridge Festival” (the parent company) listed as “Additional Insured.”
- Set up takes place on Friday, June 19 through 9am on Saturday, June 20
- Participants must staff their booth for both days of the festival during all festival hours (10-7 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday)
- Cancelations after 5/1/26 waive their right to a refund
