About the application
Bring art to life at the Stone Arch Bridge Festival, June 20 and 21, 2026. The festival offers a limited number of spaces for artists and organizations looking to demonstrate or create community art as a means of education, promotion and engagement with attendees. As part of this featured festival programming, demonstrators will be listed on the festival website and promoted via social media before/after the event to encourage fairgoers to visit these interactive booths and learn about the demonstrators/organizations.
Visual artists seeking to sell their work at the festival without providing a demonstration, community art, or engaging activity should apply for an artist booth at https://www.zapplication.org/event-info.php?ID=14080.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- The cost to participate in Art in Action is $300 (or $150 for nonprofits).
- The cost to sell items or services at an Art in Action booth is an additional $50.
- Participants must provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs. Or, participants may rent a tent, table, and chairs for $400.
- Limited electrical access is available for $50 and participants must provide their own power cords (100 ft minimum), rugs to cover the cords, and any other necessary equipment.
- Participants selling items at the event must submit form ST-19
- Participants must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least 14 days before the festival The certificate must show General Liability Insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000, with “Stone Arch Bridge Festival” (the parent company) listed as “Additional Insured.”
- Set up takes place on Friday, June 19 through 9am on Saturday, June 20
- Participants must staff their booth for both days of the festival during all festival hours (10-7 Saturday, 10-5 Sunday)
- Cancelations after 5/1/26 waive their right to a refund
