Vendor Restrictions
Not Permitted: food, beverage, jewelry, chocolates, flowers, clothing (unless vintage), books (unless by a local author)
Exceptions: packaged snacks such as beef jerky, small treats like cake pops, and local authors (books) are allowed.
Encouraged Vendors: health care providers, wellness practitioners, essential oils, beauty professionals, holistic health businesses, fitness/wellness services, and all health-focused brands

Vendor Restrictions
Not Permitted: food, beverage, jewelry, chocolates, flowers, clothing (unless vintage), knitting-related items, screen printing, tattoos, books (unless by a local author)
Exceptions: packaged snack items (e.g., beef jerky), small treats (e.g., cake pops), and local authors’ books are permitted
Health & Wellness Theme:
This event is focused on health and wellness. Vendors strongly encouraged to apply include: healthcare providers, essential oil sellers, wellness practitioners, holistic services, beauty professionals, fitness/wellness products, self-care brands, and other health-focused businesses.
Times & Setup
Event Hours: 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Vendor Check-In: 3:30 PM; fully set up by 5:00 PM
Vendor Takedown: 8:00 – 8:45 PM
Vendors must remain open until 8:00 PM
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and must stay within their designated space without infringing on others
Locations
Locations are provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance
Events currently take place across the Denver Metro area, with new locations opening soon in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments must be made by credit card
Refunds are not provided
Events with 40+ vendor spaces do not offer exclusivity, but EVE will attempt to limit similar vendor types
Vendors must notify EVE two weeks in advance if they cannot attend; otherwise, a $100 no-show fee will apply
If 6+ inches of snowfall is projected between 3:00–8:00 PM, cancellation decisions will be made by 12:00 PM on the event day
Weather-related cancellations will not be refunded; vendors will be rescheduled
Booth Spaces
All booth spaces are assigned by the Event Host upon arrival
Booth Size: 8′ x 4′
Tables: 6 ft only; vendors must bring their own tables and displays
Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all trash
No smoking or alcohol consumption by vendors in the event area
Vendors are encouraged to bring information, samples, freebies, or wellness materials to engage attendees
Giveaways
Vendors are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and health permits
Vendors must comply with all city, county, and state tax requirements
EVE is not liable for vendors’ tax obligations or actions
Sampling
Samples may only be offered at the vendor’s booth
All sampling must follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices
No cannabis or mushroom samples allowed
Vendors must comply with Colorado Sampling Guidelines
Licensing & Regulations
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal laws
Vendors must provide current licenses, permits, inspections, or certificates required for their products
EVE and the Event Location are not liable for vendor noncompliance
Insurance
Food/beverage vendors must carry $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance
Vendors must submit a liability waiver indemnifying EVE, its board, volunteers, and employees
Vendors must list Elevate Vendor Events as an additional insured
Vendor Selectivity
EVE reserves the right to prohibit any vendor or product at its discretion
Decisions are based on event needs, compliance with laws, health codes, and Board of Directors’ judgment
Rules may be adjusted for special events or as needed
Enforcement of Rules
Violations must be reported to the Event Host or Event Marketing Coordinator
Violations may result in expulsion from current and/or future events
Weather Policy
Events may be canceled if any of the following are met:
Local school district is closed
Snowfall exceeds 6 inches in the event area
Venue requests cancellation
If none of these conditions are met, the event will proceed as scheduled.
