Join us for an all-ages craft and art event at Chicken N Pickle, a bustling food hall that draws hundreds of shoppers and families! This is your chance to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of a festive, high-energy Art Walk experience.

Booth Spaces
Booths are assigned by the Event Host and confirmed upon arrival. Options include:

7 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (vendors provide their own 6 ft tables)
4 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (property provides 6 ft tables)
11 booths — 5' x 3' spaces (property provides 4 ft x 2.5 ft tables)
Tips for vendors:

Bring handouts, freebies, or product samples to maximize visitor engagement.
Keep your space clean, organized, and inviting.
No smoking or alcohol consumption in the event area.
 
Event Participation
Payments are made via credit card.
Vendors must notify Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance if unable to attend. No-shows without notice will be charged $100.
In the event of heavy snowfall (6 inches or more between 7:00–8:00 AM), a day-of cancellation decision will be made by 8:00 AM. Vendors will be rescheduled, but no refunds are issued.
Vendors may offer samples if following proper hygiene and sanitation. Samples must remain at the vendor booth.
 
Licensing, Insurance & Rules
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal regulations and provide required permits or licenses.
Food and beverage vendors must provide proof of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance and submit a liability waiver to EVE.
EVE reserves the right to select vendors and products to maintain a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable event experience.

Chicken N Pickle Holiday and Craft Show – Terms & Conditions
Event Date: January 11, 2026 | Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Load-in begins at 8:45 AM
Vendors must be fully ready by 9:50 AM
Vendors must be off the premises by 3:00 PM

 
Times / Set Up
• Event hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Vendors must check in with Event staff by 8:45 AM and be ready by 9:50 AM
• Vendors must be off the premises by 3:00 PM
• Vendors shall stay in their designated space and remain open for the full event duration. Early departure will result in a $50.00 fee
• All vendors are responsible for personal booth setup and shall not infringe on other vendors

 
Payment / Refunds / Cancellations
• All payments for the Chicken N Pickle Holiday and Craft Show are made by credit card
• Vendors must notify Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) two weeks in advance if they are unable to attend. Failure to notify will result in a $100 no-show fee and no refunds
• In the event of projected snowfall of 6 inches or more between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, a day-of cancellation decision will be made by 12:00 PM. Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations; vendors will be rescheduled

 
Booth Spaces
• Booths are assigned by the Event Host and will be designated upon arrival
• Booth spaces for the Chicken N Pickle Holiday and Craft Show include:
• 7 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (vendors provide their own 6 ft tables)
• 4 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (property provides 6 ft tables)
• 11 booths — 5' x 3' spaces (property provides 4 ft x 2.5 ft tables)
• Vendors are encouraged to bring handouts, freebies, and goodies to enhance engagement
• Vendor spaces must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition
• All trash must be removed by the vendor
• No smoking or alcohol consumption by vendors in the event area

 
Fees and Taxes
• Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and health permits
• All city, county, and state taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor
• Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) is not liable for vendor tax obligations

 
Sampling
• Vendors may offer samples if practicing proper hygiene and sanitation
• Samples must remain within the vendor booth
• No cannabis or mushroom samples allowed
• Vendors must follow Colorado Sampling Guidelines

 
Licensing and Regulations
• Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal laws while participating in the Chicken N Pickle Holiday and Craft Show
• Vendors must provide all required licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates along with their application
• Elevate Vendor Events and Chicken N Pickle are not liable for vendor noncompliance

 
Insurance
• All food and beverage vendors must provide proof of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance
• Vendors must submit a liability waiver indemnifying Elevate Vendor Events, its board, volunteers, employees, and the Chicken N Pickle property
• Vendors must name Elevate Vendor Events as additional insured

 
Vendor Selectivity
• Elevate Vendor Events reserves the right to prohibit anyone from selling at the Chicken N Pickle Holiday and Craft Show or to prohibit any product from being sold
• These determinations will be made based on event demand, applicable laws and health codes, and the discretion of the Board of Directors
• Rules and regulations are subject to change for special events and at the Board’s discretion

 
Enforcement of Rules
• Any violations shall be reported to the Event Host and Event Marketing Coordinator
• Determination on how to handle each violation will be addressed case-by-case
• Any violation can result in expulsion from this and future events
