About the event
Terms & Conditions
*AI-generated artwork is prohibited for any booth. This applies to ALL merchandise, including, but not limited to, prints, posters, mugs, t-shirts/apparel, towels, etc. Failure to abide by this rule will result in ejection from the event with no refund given.
1. Set up/Load in is the day before the show from 4pm to 8pm. All vendors must be set up and at tables by 9am the day of the show.
2. Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and are responsible for any related taxes.
3. Vendor agrees to remain set up until the end of the show. There will be no early breakdown without prior consent from the show promoters.
4. Vendors must be loaded out of the building within 4 hours after the end of the show.
5. Vendors must leave space reasonably clean, no excess trash, boxes ect. All trash must be disposed of properly.
6. Vendor spaces are 10'x10' and come with one 8' table. Vendors may bring their own additional tables if they require more than one. All displays, tables etc must fit inside their space.
7. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the building or show area at any time.
8. Your booth is not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation is sent.
9. The exhibitor is responsible for all actions of his or her booth staff or anyone wearing their company exhibitor badge. Exhibitor staff misconduct can lead to the removal of the exhibitor from the exhibit floor without a refund.
10. All vendors acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering loss.
11. No exhibit may be higher than 12’ without prior approval. All booth signage should be front-facing only.
12. This is a family friendly show. All ages will be attending this show. No inappropriate behavior, language or conduct will be tolerated. Please keep any adult related materials out of sight and reach of children. No racist or offensive material may be on display.
13. Vendors are not permitted to have animals in the building at any time. Only service animals are permitted.
14. Action Packed Expo reserves the right to deny access to anyone at our sole discretion from exhibiting, assisting with, or attending the show renting a spot or table, and or participating in any way for any reason without providing a reason for such denial.
15. Action Packed Expo maintains the right to modify, change, add or subtract clauses to this agreement as necessary with or without notice.
16. Vendor cancellations: If you cancel 2 months in advance. If you cancel less than 2 months and we are unable to fill your spot you may be required to forfeit 50% of your payment.
No refunds will be granted for any reason No call No Shows automatically forfeit full payment.
