Terms & Conditions – Parkway Food Hall Artisan Craft & Art Walk
Times / Set Up
Event hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Vendor Setup / Check-In: Vendors must check in with Event Staff by 11:45 AM and be ready to open by 12:00 PM
Vendor Takedown: 4:00 – 4:45 PM
Vendors must be off the premises by 4:45 PM
Vendors shall stay in their designated space and remain open for the full event duration
All vendors are responsible for personal booth set-up and must not infringe on other vendors’ spaces
Locations
Provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance. Events are currently held across the Denver-Metro area with new locations opening in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins soon.

Payment / Refunds / Cancellations
All payments are made by credit card
Refunds are not issued
EVE does not practice exclusivity for events with 40 vendor spaces or more, though we will do our best to limit like vendors
Participants must notify EVE at least two weeks in advance if unable to attend. No notification within two weeks will result in a $100 no-show fee. No refunds are given
In the event of projected snowfall of 6 inches or more, a decision to cancel will be made by 12:00 PM on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations; all vendors will be rescheduled
Booth Spaces
The Event Host assigns all spaces upon arrival
Booth Size: 8’ x 4’
Vendors must bring their own display and table (6 ft recommended)
Vendors must maintain their space in a clean and sanitary condition. The space must be left clean when leaving. No trash, smoking, or alcohol consumption is allowed in the Event area
Giveaways & Sampling
All taxes, insurance, and health permits are the vendor’s responsibility. EVE is not liable for vendor actions or taxes
Vendors may offer product samples, provided good hygiene and proper sanitation are observed. Samples may only be offered at the vendor’s booth. No cannabis or mushroom samples allowed
Licensing & Regulations
Vendors must comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and provide copies of all required licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates
EVE and the Event Location are not liable for vendor noncompliance
Insurance
Food / beverage vendors must provide proof of commercial general liability policy of $1,000,000 and submit a waiver of liability indemnifying EVE, its board, volunteers, and employees. Vendors must name EVE as an additional insured
Vendor Selectivity
EVE reserves the right to prohibit anyone or any product from participating based on demand, applicable laws, health codes, and Board discretion
Rules are subject to change for special event days at the Board’s discretion
Enforcement of Rules
Violations shall be reported to the Event Host and Marketing Coordinator. Violations may result in expulsion from future events
Weather Policy
Since this is an indoor event, cancellations due to weather are unlikely. If the venue closes due to emergency or extreme conditions, EVE will notify vendors as soon as possible
