About the application
Any and all Rock N Roll or Metal Memorobilla, Craftsman items, Leather goods, jewelry, Art, Vintage clothing, Vinyl Records, CD's, Cassettes, Posters.
Vendor fees are a $75.00 US Dollar PrePay, which covers Both days, for ONE 10 x 10 area setup.
February 7th ( showing times 12pm -10pm) and 8th ( showing times 12pm - 4pm) of 2026.
Load in and Setup begins at 10 am on Feb 7.
Vendors must supply own 10 x 10 Tent, tables, specialty lighting, extenstion cords etc.
Some electrical access will be available.

Tampa Bay Museum of Metal Vendor Release of Liability & Waiver
1. Participation Risk: The Vendor acknowledges that participation in Tampa Bay Museum of Metal, Historic Florida Metal Exhibition 2026 on February 7th & 8th at Magnanimous Brewing Located in Seminole Heights, Florida, involves certain inherent risks, as Vendor Market area is outdoors of Main Event area, such risks are including but not limited to, property damage, theft, personal injury, and inclement weather. The Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
2. Release and Hold Harmless: The Vendor, for themselves and their employees/agents, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Tampa Bay Museum of Metal & Magnanimous Brewing, the venue owner, and all event sponsors and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the Event.
3. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the Vendor’s actions, products, or booth operations. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries to event attendees caused by the Vendor's displays or merchandise.
4. Overnight Security & Property: The Event runs for two days. As there is no overnight Security, the Organizer is not responsible for any equipment, merchandise, or personal property left at the booth overnight. The Vendor is solely responsible for securing their booth and its contents between Day 1 and Day 2.
5. Insurance: The Vendor understands that the Organizer or Venue does not provide insurance for the Vendor. The Vendor is encouraged to maintain their own General Liability Insurance and Property Insurance.
6. Compliance: The Vendor agrees to follow all local fire codes, health department regulations, and event-specific rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. By signing this agreement, the Vendor also grants the Organizer the irrevocable right to photograph and film their booth, products, and staff during the 2-day event for use in promotional materials, including the official website, social media channels, and future advertising. The Vendor waives the right to compensation or approval, and grants the Organizer & Venue permission to tag or mention the Vendor’s business social media handles for promotional purposes, though the Organizer or Venue, is not obligated to do so.
By Completing this application, the Vendor states, they have read and understood the terms of this waiver, and that the completed application serves, as their signed signature to this agreement.
