We’re excited to officially invite you to apply for the 2ND Annual SAY IT LOUD – coming back bigger and better than ever!
LOCATION: Boynton Beach Arts and Cultural Center
125 E. Ocean Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435
Eligible Products: Artwork, jewelry, clothing, wood carvings, personal care items (lotions, soaps, perfumes, make-up), home décor, service providers, trinkets, etc.

Vendor Guidelines
Indoor Setup: Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup materials, including extension cords, zip ties, additional lighting, and tablecloths.
Eligibility Criteria
Outdoor Setup (Food Vendors Only): Outdoor spaces are available for food vendors. Food vendors must bring their own tents, truck, tables, and required fire extinguishing equipment.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, fireworks, hateful items, illegal substances, or paraphernalia.
Event Terms & Conditions
Load-In/Setup:Date: Sunday Feburary15th
Time: 1:30PM to 3:30 PM
Vendors must unload vehicles, move to the designated parking area, and then set up their booth.
Space Allocation:Vendors will be assigned a space via email the week of the event.
Spaces may not be shared or sublet.
Event Hours: Vendors must adhere to event hours and remain active until closing.
Breakdown: Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors must wait for the "all clear" from event staff before beginning teardown.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with local fire regulations and all state, local, and federal health codes.
Conduct: Vendors must maintain professionalism, refrain from alcohol consumption during event hours, and resolve disputes through event staff.
Prohibited Materials: No Styrofoam products, balloons, or confetti are allowed.
Insurance: The City of Boynton Beach does not provide liability coverage. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and any applicable sales taxes.
Application Process
Application Deadline: Submit all required paperwork and documentation by FEBURARY 7TH
Approval Notification: Vendors will be notified of approval or rejection via email.
