We’re inviting vendors to be part of Rink on the Rails. We are looking for unique festive vendors to enhacne the expericene and be mutually beneficital to the seasons offerings.

This holiday season, downtown Temple transforms into a winter adventure with Rink on the Rails, Central Texas’ Largest Outdoor Ice Rink! Glide, spin, and laugh your way into a new holiday tradition at the MLK Festival Grounds. Perfect for families, friends, and festive date nights, it’s a holiday experience you won’t want to miss. Lace up and make plans to start a new holiday tradition right here in downtown Temple.

Prices

Food Truck/Trailer $500.00 Non-refundable FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER: $500.00 (10X20 Space) Event management will set minimum and maximum prices for all food and drink items. Vendors must obtain all required food handler permits from the Bell County Health Department and have a fire extinguisher inside their booth at all times. Cooking equipment (such as pits) must be placed behind the booth and secured away from pedestrians. No vehicles or trailers are allowed behind or beside booths. Each full or single-item food vendor must provide a detailed list of the food and beverages they plan to sell, including prices. Vendors may offer a maximum of five (5) items within a single food category (e.g., BBQ, Mexican, Pizza, Vegetarian, etc.). Christmas-themed or limited-edition menu items are encouraged to enhance the festive experience. Portions should be sized so menu items range from $2.00–$18.00. Prices should be set in $1.00 increments, with a maximum of $18.00 per food item. All item prices must be posted and clearly visible to the public. The vendor coordinator will verify that posted prices match the application. Vendors selling unapproved items or charging inflated prices will be immediately shut down.
