• Indoors unless otherwise noted

• Expected Attendance: 25–75 residents
• Demographic: Ages 25–40, affluent, pet-friendly community

Booth Information
• Booth Size: 8' × 4'
• Vendors must bring their own tables, displays, and setup materials
• One electrical outlet provided per booth (please bring extension cords if needed)

Foodie Pop-Up Social 🍴 Join us for a fun, flavorful evening right at home! Residents and guests are invited to unwind, savor delicious bites from local food trucks and culinary vendors, and connect with friends and neighbors. Plus, browse and shop a curated selection of upscale local retailers and artisans—all without leaving the building. FOOD TRUCKS WELCOME

Terms & Conditions
Event Times & Vendor Setup
Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendor Check-In: All vendors must check in with Event Staff by 4:30 PM and be fully set up by 5:00 PM.
Vendor Breakdown: All vendors must be completely packed up and off the premises by 8:30 PM.
Vendors must remain open and in their designated space for the full event duration (until 8:00 PM).
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and equipment. Displays may not extend into or obstruct neighboring vendor spaces.
 
Event Locations
Locations are provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) a minimum of two weeks in advance.
Events currently operate across the Denver Metro region, with new locations opening soon in Colorado Springsand Fort Collins.
 
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments must be made by debit or credit card.
Vendors who cannot attend must notify EVE at least two weeks in advance for a refund.
If notice is not given within two weeks, no refund will be issued; however, one reschedule may be requested.
If snowfall of 6+ inches is projected between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, a cancellation decision will be made by 12:00 PM the day of the event. All vendors will be rescheduled.
 
Booth Spaces
All booth spaces are assigned by the Event Host and will be provided upon arrival.
Standard booth size is 8 ft x 4 ft; additional space may be accommodated if available.
Vendors are encouraged to bring marketing materials, samples, handouts, and giveaways to enhance engagement.
Vendors must keep their area clean, sanitary, and free of trash. No trash may be left behind.
No smoking or alcohol consumption is permitted by vendors in the event area.
 
Fees & Taxes
All taxes, insurance, permits, and legal compliance are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
EVE is not liable for any vendor’s tax obligations or regulatory noncompliance.
 
Sampling Policy
Vendors may offer product samples as long as they follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and Colorado sampling guidelines.
Samples may only be given within the vendor’s booth space.
Absolutely no cannabis or mushroom samples are permitted.
 
Licensing & Regulations
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal regulations related to their business.
Any required licenses, permits, certificates, or inspections must be submitted with the vendor’s application.
EVE and event venues are not liable for vendor noncompliance.
 
Insurance Requirements
All food and beverage vendors must carry a $1,000,000 commercial general liability policy.
Vendors must submit a waiver of liability and list Elevate Vendor Events as an additional insured.
Insurance must cover any claims arising from participation in the event.
 
Vendor Selectivity
EVE reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor or product based on event needs, demand, safety, legality, and venue rules.
Rules and regulations may change for specialty events or at the discretion of EVE’s Board of Directors.
 
Rule Enforcement
Violations should be reported to the Event Host or Event Marketing Coordinator.
Consequences may range from a warning to permanent removal from future events.
EVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
 
Weather Policy
EVE will assess the following criteria to determine weather-related cancellations:

Is the local school district closed?
Is snowfall of more than 6 inches expected in the event area?
Has the venue requested cancellation?
If any of the above are YES, the event will be canceled.
If none apply, vendors should assume the event is moving forward.
