Vendor Invitation: East Market Winter Nights at Jefferson Plaza
Join us as a vendor at East Market Winter Nights on Jefferson Plaza. This festive evening series brings live music, performances, treats, and holiday activities to the heart of Center City. Families, locals, and visitors will stop by for cocoa, s’mores, and seasonal fun, creating the perfect environment to showcase your products and connect with new customers.
Your offerings will be presented to an audience excited to shop local, discover unique finds, and enjoy the holiday experience.
Review Process
After you submit your application, our team will review your work within 24 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Park America Garage located at 15 S. 12th Street.
Park as normal and a member of our team will provide a voucher to validate your parking before you leave.
Vendors will be assigned a tented space on Jefferson Plaza.
Please bring:
Up to three 6 ft tables
Your own chairs
Any displays, grid panels, easels, and materials needed for your setup
Setup begins at 2 PM
Event runs from 3 PM to 6 PM
Approved vendors will receive full instructions by email.
Sales
Vendors keep 100 percent of their sales.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
East Market PHL and Live24HRS DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which East Market PHL and Live24HRS has no control. Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I agree to indemnify and hold East Market PHL and Live24HRS and their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the East Market PHL and Live24HRS, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Live More Marketplace. I understand and agree that East Market PHL and Live24HRS is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
