Food Trucks -

Thank you for your interest in attending Live at the Barn Summer Concert Series! Each concert will feature 2 savory trucks and 1 dessert truck. Please review the available dates and choose the one that works best for your schedule.

To apply:

1. Complete the application form.
2. Attach all required documents.
3. Once we receive your application, you will receive a follow-up email with event approval. Please note, that your participation is not confirmed until you receive this approval email.

A $25 fee will be charged to attend. In case of a weather cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule for a new date.

• Only one Savory Truck and one Dessert Truck will be selected for each date.  
• A variety of trucks will be selected and the same truck will not be chosen for 2 dates. 

Location: The Barn at Brambleton, 24439 Evergreen Mill Road

Arrival Time - Anytime after 4 PM

Be set up and ready to go before 6 PM.

Gates open at 6 PM. 

The following documents must be submitted -

1. Certificate of Insurance
2. Loudoun County Temporary Notice to participate Food
3. Picture of your current Food Truck Permit. 

All permts must not be expired.
