About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
By applying to this event, applicants agree to follow all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the event organizer. All applications are reviewed and acceptance is not guaranteed.
2. Accepted Categories
Only vendors, performers, or participants that fit the approved event categories will be accepted. Applications that do not match the event’s focus may be declined.
3. Booth Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time and must be fully set up by the event start time. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, and equipment unless otherwise stated.
4. Parking & Load-In
Parking and load-in instructions will be provided prior to the event. Vendors must follow the designated drop-off zones and may not block traffic, entrances, or fire lanes.
5. Conduct & Professionalism
All participants must maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the event may result in removal without refund.
6. Sales & Food Management
Vendors are responsible for managing their own product sales, taxes, and payment systems. Food vendors must follow all local health and safety regulations.
7. Health & Safety
Participants agree to follow all venue safety rules, including any crowd-flow instructions, emergency procedures, and equipment guidelines. Anyone feeling unwell should remain home for the safety of others.
8. Liability
The event organizer, venue, and staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors and participants assume responsibility for their own equipment, inventory, and personal items.
9. Refund Policy
Application fees and vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
10. Agreement
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
