Panelists

Welcome to the MXC Con! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Panelist Receive 1 badge and an extra badge for a +1 fhalf off.

1. General Information

By submitting a panel application, the applicant agrees to follow all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event organizers. Panel submissions are reviewed for content, safety, and schedule availability. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

2. Panel Content Requirements

All panel topics must be appropriate for a family-friendly or teen-rated audience unless otherwise approved. Content that includes hate speech, harassment, explicit material, or unsafe activities will not be allowed. Event organizers reserve the right to request edits or decline any panel.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

Accepted panelists will be assigned a specific time and room. Panelists must arrive at least 20–30 minutes before their scheduled start time to set up. Failure to appear on time may result in the panel being canceled without notice.

4. Equipment & Setup

Panelists are responsible for bringing any additional materials needed for their panel unless previously approved. Basic equipment such as chairs, tables, and audio/visual support may be provided depending on the venue.

5. Conduct & Professionalism

Panelists must maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or discriminatory language is not permitted. Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the schedule.

6. Safety & Crowd Management

Panelists must follow all venue safety rules and may not engage in activities that pose a risk to attendees. Any interactive components must be safe, supervised, and approved by staff if involving movement or props.

7. Merchandise & Promotion

Panelists may not sell merchandise inside the panel room unless approved beforehand. Self-promotion is allowed as long as it does not disrupt panel flow or violate event rules.

8. Cancellations

If a panelist can no longer attend, they must notify event organizers as soon as possible. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect future participation.

9. Liability

Event organizers, staff, and the venue are not responsible for any personal items, equipment, or materials brought by panelists. Panelists participate at their own risk.

10. Agreement

By submitting this application, the panelist acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
