Thank you for your interest in participating as a food truck at Grizz-Con 2026! We’re excited to showcase a diverse selection of local and specialty food vendors for our attendees. This application is for food trucks looking to serve during the event weekend on March 21–22, 2026, At the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Hotel

Please provide all requested information so our team can review your business for availability, safety compliance, and event fit. Accepted vendors will receive full event details, setup instructions, load-in times, and required documentation deadlines.

Spaces are limited, and selection is based on variety, quality, and timely submission. Completing this application does not guarantee placement.

By submitting this application, the applicant (“Vendor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation as a food truck at Grizz-Con:

Application Review & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Grizz-Con staff will review all applications and notify Vendors of their approval status. Grizz-Con reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Insurance & Licensing Requirements
If accepted, the Vendor is required to provide a copy of their current liability insurance policy and all relevant state and local business licenses, including health permits and food service certifications.
These documents must be submitted by the deadline provided in the acceptance email. Failure to provide required documentation will result in forfeiture of the Vendor’s spot.
Compliance With Health & Safety Regulations
The Vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and fire regulations. Food trucks must be inspected, permitted, and in good operating condition on the day of the event.
Operational Requirements
Vendors must arrive at the designated load-in time, remain operational for the entire duration of the event, and follow all event staff instructions regarding placement, setup, and teardown.
Electricity & Utilities
Vendors are responsible for their own power sources unless otherwise specified in writing by Grizz-Con. Generators must meet venue noise and safety requirements.
Fees & Payments
All vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Grizz-Con.
Menu Approval
Grizz-Con may request a final menu to avoid excessive duplication among Vendors. Significant changes to proposed menus must be approved in advance.
Trash, Waste, & Cleanup
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean serving area and disposing of trash, gray water, and other waste in accordance with venue rules. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
Liability & Indemnification
The Vendor participates at their own risk and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Grizz-Con, its staff, partners, and the venue from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their operations, equipment, or personnel.
Weather Policy
The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise announced. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled.
Behavior & Conduct
Vendors and staff must act professionally at all times. Grizz-Con reserves the right to remove any Vendor engaged in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Event Modifications
Grizz-Con reserves the right to make changes to event layout, schedule, or operations as needed.
