About the application

Be a VENDOR at our only COCOA area collectorfest event of 2026! The space has a total of 75 tables with a mixture of 6ft & 8ft tables.  You would have 4ft behind you depending your space for shelving, etc.  Included: 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Wristbands, Vendor Parking Load-in / Setup: Done the day of the show starting at 6:30am.

 

Show opens at 9am Tear-down / Pack-up: You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Space Coast Collectorfest 2026!! ** ONE DAY ONLY ** NEW VENDORS!! - NEW INVENTORY! Come out and enjoy a Sunday with new vendors, new inventory plus food & drinks on-site! It all goes down on Feb 22th in Cocoa, Fl! Venue is right off I-95, easy to find. 80+ Tables of Toys, Games, Diecast and more pop culture goodness! Doors Open at 9am! Pricing: ALL Day Same Price: $10 Kids under 12 FREE Parking: Free Some of the TOYS We will have: All toy lines covered from vintage to modern. Hot Wheels, GI-JOE, Godzilla, Star Wars, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Mego and more! Plus! we will have Girls toys like My Little Pony, Fisher Price, Barbie, and Strawberry Shortcake these are all here too. Hot Wheels & Die-cast We will have tons of Hot Wheels, Matchbox including vintage redlines, and modern cars. Comics & Artists: We have a few comic vendors that we have added to the show... plus we will have comic artists on-site doing live art and showing off their unique talents. Retro Gaming: You can expect to see vendors with vintage and modern Atari, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Genesis and more. We have a great mix of vendors bringing retro games.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show.  Within 14 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up) You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation. 

Prices

Wall Table $120.00 Non-refundable This is a table space with a wall behind you. No other vendors will be directly behind you.
Aisle Table Space $110.00 Non-refundable This is an aisle basic table. You will most likely have another vendor behind you on the other side of the aisle.
