Performance applications open December 4, 2025 and the deadline is February 08, 2026.

Selection Process:  Artists will be selected by a jury comprised of music and performing arts professionals. Jury selections will be based upon materials submitted with the application and on past performances. The jury will look for professionalism, originality, creativity, and suitability of materials for our family audiences. Backing audio tracks are only permitted when added to live instrumentation. Karaoke is not permitted.

Work Samples: All applicants are required to provide samples of their work. These samples should be LIVE PERFORMANCE VIDEOS. Studio recordings will not be considered. The work samples should reflect how you will look/sound at Summerfest Arts Faire, i.e., if you plan to perform solo at Summerfest Arts Faire, your work samples should include a video of your solo performance live, not a highly produced recording with multiple musicians playing. These videos need to have enough quality to accurately judge your performance, but don't need to be a big production. To submit work samples: Submit URLs for online places (your own website, or others like ReverbNation, CDBaby, Facebook, etc.) where we  can view a video of a recent performance and can hear your music. At least one quality photo that can be used for publicity should be submitted with your application.
