Food Vendor Application
Food vending at the Plymouth Ice Festival is extremely limited and carefully curated to ensure a high-quality experience for our attendees. Vendors are selected based on fit, menu variety, and available space.
Please submit this application to be considered. If a space becomes available that matches your offering, the festival team will contact you with next steps.

Terms & Conditions
• Insurance Requirement:
All accepted vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing both The Plymouth Ice Festival and The City of Plymouth as additional insured for the duration of the event. Proof of insurance must be submitted at the time of acceptance.
• Booth Fees:
Booth fees are not listed upfront. Fees will be provided to the vendor after the application is reviewed and a preliminary decision to partner has been made.
• Selection Process:
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on event needs, menu variety, vendor history, and available space.
• Payment:
Full payment of booth fees is required upon acceptance and must be received before any vendor is permitted to operate at the event.

| Food booth | $1.00 | Non-refundable | If the Plymouth Ice Festival has an available opening, we will contact you to discuss how we are able to partner with your business. This communication will include booth space pricing and any other details relevant to participation. Although Eventeny may collect your credit card information during the application process, your card will not be charged until: 1. You receive the booth pricing and participation details, and 2. You formally agree to be part of the event. No payment will be processed without your confirmation. |
