ATLocal Food Festival is Atlanta’s premier celebration of homegrown flavor, bringing together the city’s best local food trucks, pop-up chefs, cottage vendors, and artisan food makers for one unforgettable day of eating, music, and community. Hosted in the heart of downtown at 140 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, the festival spotlights Atlanta’s diverse food culture, from Southern comfort staples to global fusion plates.

Terms & Conditions

Setup & Breakdown
Setup Window: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
All vendors must be fully operational by 10:30 PM.
Breakdown begins at 9:00 PM, or whenever festival security gives clearance.
No early breakdown unless approved by event management.


Power & Equipment
Unauthorized generators are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own extension cords (12-gauge minimum).


Permits & Compliance
All food vendors must comply with Fulton County Health Department regulations.
Proof of insurance naming “ATLocal Events LLC” as additional insured is required.
Failure to meet inspection standards will result in removal without refund.


Sales & Revenue
Vendors keep 100% of their sales.
No percentage fee or commission.
Vendors must use their own payment systems (POS, cash, tap-to-pay).


Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund: if canceled 45+ days before the event
50% refund: 30–44 days before the event
No refunds: within 30 days of event date
Event is rain or shine.

Marketing spotlight for selected vendors on social media
Access to ice sales, water refills, and waste station
 
Additional Information
Vendors will receive a load-in map, assigned arrival time, health inspection checklist, and festival wristbands for staff approximately 30 days before the event. A mandatory vendor orientation video will be emailed prior to the festival.

10x10 Booth $325.00 Non-refundable Maximum of two 10x10 spaces per applicant. Includes: Shared power access (20A), gray water disposal Requirements: Temporary food service permit, ServSafe certificate, hand-wash station inside booth
