February 15th Flea Con Food Truck Application

Please fill out and submit the application below in order to be considered as a food truck vendor at our February 15th Flea Con Market at ROC Dome's Minett Hall! 

Come set up your food truck at Flea Con and offer your menu to hundreds of hungry shoppers from 11AM-5PM! All types of food and dessert vendors are welcome to apply! Please fill out and submit the application below in order to be considered as a food truck vendor for our December 14th market. 

**All food trucks are required to obtain Town of Henrietta food truck permits

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending date.

EVENT PERMIT: All food truck vendors are required to obtain a one day event permit ($75) from the Town of Henrietta. The permit application is attached below - It is your responsibility to make sure you apply and obtain the event food truck permit. 

NO REFUNDS: There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.

YOUR VENDING SPACE: Your truck will be parked directly next to the entrance of the ROC Dome's Minett Hall

SETUP: Setup will run from 8AM-11AM, all vendors must be ready for the market open by 11AM. We will also have Flea staff stationed at both entrances to help with the flow of traffic and guiding vendors to the proper areas.

BREAKDOWN: Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (5 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.

I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. The Lucky Flea LLC. and affiliated businesses including The ROC Dome and Minett Hall are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
