Terms & Conditions

You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending date.
 
NO REFUNDS: There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent and event costs.

 

YOUR VENDING SPACE: Each vendor space at Flea Con is a single, double or triple spot within the ROC Dome's Minett Hall. No additional vending materials will be provided. Any vending materials (clothing racks, tables, shelfs, etc) must not go beyond your outlined space. 

 

BOOTH SHARING: Please be advised that there is a booth sharing fee ($50) and all shared booths must be pre-approved. If you're interested in sharing a booth with another vendor, please reach out to us via email, Eventeny messenger or Instagram DMs (@theluckyflea) after sending in your application. 


SPOT REQUESTS: Vendor space requests will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Request will be noted, but are not guaranteed. 
 
SETUP: Setup will run from 8AM-11AM, all vendors must be ready for the market open by 11AM. We will also have Flea staff stationed at both entrances to help with the flow of traffic and guiding vendors to the proper areas.

 

BREAKDOWN: Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (5 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from flea event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.
 
FLEA CON VALUES: The Lucky Flea & Flea Con is first and foremost a safe and inclusive atmosphere for creators to thrive as a collective. Hate is never tolerated.I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of The Lucky Flea Market & Flea Con. I understand that there are no refunds of the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. The Lucky Flea LLC. and affiliated businesses including The ROC Dome LLC are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event

February 15th SINGLE Booth $160.00 Non-refundable - 10'x10' vendor space at Flea Con at ROC Dome's Minett Hall. - Early bird rate is available from 11/29 - 12/6 at 12PM EST, any applications sent in after this date will be subject to the standard vending fee of $160 - Double and triple booths receive priority for corner spots * Please be advised that there is a booth sharing fee ($50) and all shared booths must be pre-approved.
