About the application

Gwinnett’s 2026 Black History Month celebration is seeking food vendors to provide diverse food options for attendees to enjoy at the Gwinnett Jusice & Administration Center. 
  
APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your account with your basic information. This will enable you to update your personal information and assess the status of your application. 

 

Food Vendors

Gwinnett County has an allotted budget to purchase food for attendees. To be considered, please submit your quote. 

 

Food vendors will be required to have food in a grab and go packaging for attendants to grab in order to avoid the long lines. These grab and go packaging should be labeled stating what its contents.

 


Application approvals for this event will occur between Janury 19  and January 22 and notification will be provided. 

If selected as a participant, you may be required to submit recent photos, which may be used for promotional purposes.

About the event

Join us as we honor the 100th year of Black History Month, recognizing the national theme "A Century of Black History Commemorations", which will acknowledge the impact, culture, and history of Black People at Gwinnett County's 2026 Black History Month Celebration. Tickets go live on January 5. Be sure to register for this great event!

Terms & Conditions

  • Art vendors are required to complete a General Liability Waiver and must have a valid business license.
  • Performers are required to complete a General Liability Waiver and must have a valid business license, unless otherwise noted.
  •  Food vendors are required to complete a General Liability Waiver, provide Gwinnett County with a Certificate of Insurance, and have a valid business license.
  • Gwinnett County Public Schools are not required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, a valid business license, or complete a General Liability Waiver.
    Additional information will be provided upon application approval.
  • Gwinnett County reserves the right to select or reject any or all submissions depending on the needs of the event, as determined by Gwinnett County Department and Division Directors.

  • Will you need power provide for your booth setup? Please note, power is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
  • As stated above food will be purchased by Gwinnett County. All food must be served in sample serving sizes. Are you able to provide a quote for 200 people?
  • Please attach a copy of your business license. If you are unable to attach a copy of your business license, please email it to CivicEngagement@Gwinnettcounty.com. Applications will not be reviewed without a business license.
