About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Etowah Wildlife Expo 2026!
This exciting two-day event will take place March 7–8, with our vendor market open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. The Expo is dedicated to celebrating the best in wildlife, hunting, fishing, outdoor adventure, nature, and animal-related industries.
Application Timeline
Applications open: December 3rd
Applications reviewed beginning: January 5th
Our selection committee will thoroughly review each submission to ensure vendors align with the theme and mission of the Expo. Businesses specializing in hunting, fishing, outdoor gear, wildlife art, conservation, animal education, and related fields are ideal candidates. Only applicants who meet our criteria will be approved.
Event Requirements & Logistics
Hours: All approved vendors must participate for the entire duration of the event.
Booths must be fully set up prior to opening and remain open and active until 6:00 PM.
Tents: White tents will be provided for all vendors as well as tent weights. No branded or logo tents are allowed—no exceptions.
Security: We will have overnight security on-site, and tent walls will be provided so vendors can fully secure their booths each night.
Power: Power is NOT guaranteed. Vendors who require electricity should plan to bring their own generators.
Vendor Placement: Please refer to the attached Vendor Zone Map and indicate your zone preferences on the application. While we strive to curate a balanced market, exclusivity cannot be guaranteed—other vendors may offer similar products.
NO outside alchohol vendors allowed on site. Please do not apply.
The following food vendors will not be accepted due to restaurants on the property. Please do not apply:

- Ice Cream
