About the application

The Arizona MLK Festival welcomes food and beverage vendors whether a trailer, truck or cart. All food vendors are allowed to sell any brand of soft drinks at their own price. The festival does not have any designated soda/water distributors for this year's event.

-AZ MLK March & Festival 2026 - The Arizona Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee will celebrate its 40th year of promoting cultural diversity, awareness and unity as it seeks to involve all Arizonans in recognizing the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the contributions he left to the world in his quest for equality for all people. Join us Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, from 10a-4p for the Arizona MLK Celebration Margaret T Hance Park near downtown Phoenix. Vendor Registration closes January 10th.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is due upon approval of application. 
  • Vendors are not permitted to relocate their booths or sell outside of their assigned area. Subletting is prohibited.
  • Cancellation: Any vendor cancellation must be done in writing 15 days prior to January 19, 2026.
  • This event will be held outdoors. Food Vendors must be completely self-contained. Electricity or water are NOT included.
  • Notice of vendor meeting, placement and set-up times will be sent 1 week prior to the event.
  • Limitation of Liability: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona MLK Committee, partners, volunteers from all liability that might follow from any cause including accident or injury to guests, vendors, employees, including loss or damage to personal property.
  •  Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.

Prices

Food Vendor | 10x10 Space $400.00 Non-refundable Main Food Area on Moreland Street (north curb). Self-contained space only; no tent, no tables or chairs provided. Per Health Department, all sales from FRONT of booth only.
Food Truck Vendor (20' front x 10' deep) $425.00 Non-refundable NW Mini Food Area. Self-contained space only; no tent, no tables or chairs. No power. No water. Per Health Department, all sales from FRONT of booth only.
