Strawberry Food Court Vendors
About the application
Welcome to the Lebanon Strawberry Festival.
The food court is located strategically between the Main Stage, Country Fair Vendors and the Carnival. Your application will be considered within a few days.
Vendors pay a base fee or 20% of sales whichever is greater. Daily sales reports are required.
You are required to provide photos and menu items for consideration. NEW FIRE and LIFE SAFETY Rules are in effect and you must be in compliance. Information is provided inside the application process.
NEW for 2026 - EMBRACE THE STRAWBERRY. You must have a menu item that includes STRAWBERRY.
The Event Manager shall place booths in the best possible location to compliment surrounding booths. Certain menu items may be curtailed in order to avoid duplication and assure the best selection for festival goers.

Terms & Conditions
The vendor handbook and fire checklist is provided within the application process. Please review and be prepared for compliance and inspection.
Linn County Health permit is also required and information is provided in the application.
The event manager has final decision on all items regarding the application and participation.
You must agree to be in place and open during required hours or you will forfeit your right to participate.
You may be restricted from offering your full normal menu if event management determines there are too many similar or duplicate items.
STRAWBERRY items WILL BE FEATURED for our guests - please report them for inclusion in promotions.
