Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

 

EVENT DETAILS
The Fan Experience will take place inside the Georgia World Congress Center (Exhibit Halls C1 & C2) from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Merchant vendors are permitted to sell for up to one hour following the conclusion of the game.

 

Please note that this is the inaugural year of hosting the Fan Experience indoors. Accordingly, sales patterns and foot traffic—both during and after the game—are unpredictable.

 

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

Only licensed vendors, official licensees, or authorized dealers/resellers may sell merchandise representing the two schools participating in the Celebration Bowl. This requirement will be strictly enforced by an independent outside agency. We will be providing ESPN licensing agency with each vendor’s name upon submission for vetting. Approval will follow once the vetting process is complete.

 

Selling unlicensed merchandise is strictly prohibited. Vendors found selling unlicensed items will be required to cease sales immediately.

 

VENDOR ARRIVAL
Vendors must arrive and drop off all products on Friday, December 12, 2025. No on-site vehicle access will be permitted in the GWCC loading docks on Saturday morning. GWCC Police will be on-site overnight for security. In past years, some vendors have ignored the delivery times or windows. Please understand that this will not be tolerated by GWCC Police and you will be denied entry.

 

If you are unable to deliver your items on Friday morning, please do not apply. No exceptions will be made, and all fees are non-refundable. Anyone attempting to arrive on Saturday morning will be turned away with no refund issued.

 

SETUP
Vendor setup will only take place on Saturday morning from 6:00–8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully show-ready by 8:00 AM without exception.

 

Attendees will have immediate visibility to vendor displays upon entry; therefore, timely completion of setup is mandatory.

 

Vendors may not set up on Friday; Friday is strictly for product drop-off.

 

All vehicles must be moved to the Blue or Yellow Deck immediately after unloading. Vendors are responsible for all parking fees. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated in these decks and must park at the Marshaling Yard located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30313. 

 

SPACE PROVISION
Each vendor will receive:
• One 10’ x 10’ tented space
• Three 6-ft tables
• Two chairs

 

No additional amenities or equipment will be provided. Generators are not permitted inside the GWCC. No additional tents may be brought in or erected due to GWCC policy.

 

SHOW-READY REQUIREMENT
All vendors must be fully set up and ready for operation by 8:00 AM on the day of the event, with no exceptions permitted.

 

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required to secure a booth. Upon approval, the payment method provided will be charged immediately. Applications are subject to a 3% transaction fee plus applicable local taxes.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, low sales, limited foot traffic, or inability to attend.

 

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS
Electronic signatures on this application carry the same legal validity as handwritten signatures. By signing, you authorize ACLIPSE, LLC to complete and sign credit, charge, or debit slips for fees associated with this application, including charges for cleaning, damage repair, or replacement of rented items in cases of loss or damage.

 

RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT & CLEANING FEES
Vendors must leave their assigned space clean and are responsible for disposing of all trash in designated areas. All rented equipment must remain in place after the event. Unauthorized removal or misuse of equipment will result in additional charges.

 

TENTING POLICY
Each vendor will be provided with one 10’ x 10’ tent. No supplemental tents or coverings are permitted.

 

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Vendors may only provide customers with clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12".
Non-clear bags may not exceed 4.5" x 6.5". Any non-clear bag exceeding this size is prohibited.

 

MERCHANDISE PHOTO UPLOAD
In accordance with Mercedes-Benz Stadium security protocols, vendors must upload photographs of all sale items at the time of application submission.
Non-clothing items—such as blankets or rally towels—must include detailed descriptions and dimensions.
Applications submitted without required images will not be processed.

 

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
1. This is the inaugural year of hosting the Fan Experience indoors; therefore, sales volume and foot traffic are unpredictable.

2. Only licensed, official, or authorized vendors may sell school-branded merchandise, and this requirement will be enforced by an outside agency.
3. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including lack of customer traffic or sales performance.
4. Vendor setup will occur exclusively on Saturday morning from 6:00–8:00 AM..
