About the application

We will have 6 available spaces for commercial businesses: A commercial Business must be "art related" OR presenting or sponsoring an art related activity.
 
Event date: Saturday, June rth, from 8am to 5pm. Set-up begins at 6:00 am. Art on the Side will happen "rain or shine". Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Art on the Side Liberty Art Festival – A Celebration of Creativity! Join us in historic downtown Liberty, Missouri, for the annual Art on the Side Liberty Art Festival, a vibrant showcase of art, craftsmanship, and entertainment! This year’s festival will feature over 80 talented artists and artisan makers displaying their stunning creations. From fine art to handcrafted goods, there will be something for everyone to admire, purchase, and enjoy. The event will take place in the parking lots and on Main Street, right next to The Artisan Market at 118 N Main Street, Liberty, MO, transforming the area into a lively hub of artistic expression. The festival runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, packed with activities for all ages! Here's what you can look forward to: Fine Artists & Artisan Marketplace: Explore an array of artwork and handcrafted items created by local and regional artists and makers. Paintings, glass, jewelry, textiles, ceramics, and more await you. Food Trucks: Treat yourself to delicious eats from a variety of food vendors offering local favorites. Children's Activities: Bring the kids for chalk art, face painting, and other fun activities designed to spark their creativity. Performances: Experience the magic of live theater and dance as performers take the stage, delighting the audience with their artistry. Live Music on Two Stages: Enjoy a diverse lineup of musical performances featuring local bands and solo artists. Terms & Conditions

RULES AND REGULATIONS: The following rules and policies are provided to ensure fairness to all participating vendors. Any failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Fair. Applying Vendors:
  • -All applicants must be 18 years or older. 
  • -You must be present for the entire event from 8am to 5pm.
  • -Work and or activity at the fair must be consistent with your description in this submission..
  • SALES:  Each business is responsible for collecting and paying Missouri sales tax. It is the responsibility of each business to return payment to the Missouri Tax Revenue Service. Art on the Side does not require a business to pay any commissions.
  • BOOTH SPACES: 10'X10' exhibition space, which is assigned by the Art on the Side Committee. Participants are expected to bring their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, display racks and any booth support materials. Electricity is not provided for this show.
  • INSURANCE: Accepted business must have proof of event insurance with The Artisan Market Listed on the COI.  
  • This event is rain or shine.
  • Commercial Businesses must be either Art Related OR provide an Art Activity.
