About the application
The Frankfort Fall Festival is one of the largest outdoor Arts and Crafts Fairs in the country. This juried fine arts and crafts fair features over 200 Artisans. All work must be original, hand-crafted items. Artists may only select 1 category per application. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Categories: Adult Clothing and Accessories, Candles, Children Clothing and Accessories, Crafts, Doll Clothing and Toys, Fabrics, Fine Arts, Floral, Frames and Mats, Functional Crafts, Glass, Jewelry, Knit and Fiber Arts, Metal Work, Mixed Media Art, Ornaments, Pets, Photography, Purses, Seasonal Crafts, Signs, Soap and Personal Care, Stoneware and Pottery, Traditional Crafts, Woodcrafts, Wood Furnishings and Other Crafts. Additional categories will be considered. This is an electronic agreement, and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement and the attached documents electronically.

| Application fees | $50.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. The deadline to apply is March 31st. |
| 10x10 Booth | $550.00 | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. | |
| Electric - up to 20 amps | $150.00 | Electricity is available, however is limited. All requests for electricity will be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed. Fees for electricity will be charged upon acceptance and approval of electricity request | |
| Oversized Parking | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Adjacent oversized parking may or may not be available for the 2026 Festival. Artisans who are interested should indicate their interest at the time of application. If spaces become available, we will notify you. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. |
