2026 Indoor Arena Sign Space Sponsorship Opportunity
Promote your business or organization at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo! We’re excited to offer this unique opportunity for your business to gain year-round exposure at the Fairgrounds - reaching thousands of local and out-of-area visitors annually.

At the core of this opportunity is the chance to have your business sign prominently displayed in the Indoor Arena, one of the busiest and most visible venues on the Fairgrounds. This space hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, attracting a diverse audience including families, professionals, entertainers, and community members from across the region.

The Indoor Arena is home to some of Clatsop County’s largest and most popular events, including the Clatsop County Fair (of course!). In 2025, we expanded our event lineup to include exciting additions and returning favorites such as:

• Clash of the Cowboys Roughstock Rodeo
• Astoria-Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival
• Chaos at the Coast Flat Track Racing
• Goon Dog Flyball Tournament
• Monster Truck Show
• Car Swap Meet

This opportunity offers valuable visibility and a prime opportunity to boost brand awareness, connect with potential customers, and show your support for the local community. You provide a hangable sign measuring 4’ (height) x 8’ (length). We handle the installation in the Indoor Arena.

A 2026 annual dues structure has been established for participation. The payment information submitted with this Commitment Form will be processed when the Commitment Form is approved.
Pricing:

• $300 for one sign space
• $600 for two sign spaces

You provide a hangable sign measuring 4’ (height) x 8’ (length). We handle the installation in the Indoor Arena. You will be invoiced annually to continue displaying your business sign.
