Brambleton Spring Fling

1. Complete the application form.
2. Attach all required documents.
3. Once we receive your application, you will receive a follow-up email with event approval. Please note that your participation is not confirmed until you receive this approval email.
4. A $35 fee for Savory Food trucks  and  $25 for Dessert Food Trucks will be charged after approval. 
5. Rain date - Sunday: March 29, 2026. 

No refunds will be issued once your application has been approved.
All required paperwork must be submitted at the time of application.
Applications with expired Food Truck Permits will be denied. 

The application fee will be charged after approval. 

Scam Alert for Vendors
It has been brought to our attention that scammers are attempting to contact vendors while posing as representatives of Brambleton. Official event-related communications will only come from nikki.mcmahon@brambleton, christine.elansary@brambleton.org, michelle.debban@brambleton.org, or events@brambleton.org.

If you receive a message from any other individual or email address claiming to represent Brambleton, do not respond or provide any information. When in doubt, please contact us directly to verify authenticity.
