Vendor Application – For The Culture Food Truck Rodeo

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with The Throwdown Events & Entertainment. This application is for NON-FOOD vendors only (boutiques, artisans, clothing, accessories, sweets that do not require a health permit, beauty products, services, etc.).

APPLICATION PROCESS:
• Application closes January 21, 2026.
• Applications are reviewed within 5–7 days.
• Your card is NOT charged until you are officially approved.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL once approved.

By applying to this event, you agree to the following:

1. Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved.
2. Spaces are 10x10 and vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, and setup.
3. All tents must be properly weighted for safety.
4. Vendors must remain for the full duration of the event.
5. No early breakdown is allowed unless instructed by the event director.
6. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
7. Vendors must maintain a clean space and remove trash at the end of the event.
8. The Throwdown Events & Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
9. Event is rain or shine unless otherwise communicated.
10. Approval is based on product variety, presentation, and availability.
11. Your card will only be charged *after approval*.
12. By submitting this application, you agree to all event rules and guidelines.
