Welcome to the 2026 Pride St. Charles Festival! Our annual Pride Festival is a very family friendly, PG-13 event that is open to everyone. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

A family friendly festival featuring many vendors, entertainment performances, a family area, story time and much more. We offer a sensory zone for those that need a place to go if the event is overwhelming.

Terms & Conditions

Hello Vendors, 

You must submit your application, payment and COI by 6/4/2026. 

 

As required by the City of St. Charles for tax collection purposess, we must have your EIN#, MO Tax ID #, 501(C)(3) # or SS#. If you tax ID is pendding, please enter your social security number. 

 

ALL VENDORS SUBMITTING THEIR REGISTRATION FORM, ON OR AFTER 6/1/26, WILL INCUR A LATE FEE OF $60. VENDOR APPLICATION WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT, 6/4/26.


Vendor type from these options:
Non-profit: Vendor with valid 501(c)(3) status.

For Profit: Any for-profit business or organization that has promotional information or items to sell. 
Political Candidates and Campaign: Any current sitting political person, or political candidates currently on campaign.
Food Vendors: Vendors who are only selling food and/or beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Food Truck: Vendor that will be serving food/drink out of their own mobile unit.


Indoor booth space is limited. Inside Booth Spaces are available for purchase with an additional fee. ONCE INDOOR SPACE IS FILLED ALL OTHER VENDORS WILL BE PLACED OUTSIDE. 

 

COI and PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED to be submitted when approved, or you will not be permitted to table.

 

Please bring a table and chairs for your space(s). 

 

  • A 10x10 tent canopy is optional for you to bring for indoor booths.  
  • It is highly suggested that outside booths bring a canopy. 
  • If you need electricity please choose that below. There is limited electric availability, you are responsible for supplying your own power strips & extension cords. 
  • If you need to rent tables from us, please make your choice below. We will have a limited number available for rental.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS are allowed for any reason even in the event of VENDOR cancellation. This is a rain or shine event.

For Profit Vendor | Early Bird (10x10) $250.00 Non-refundable Any for-profit business or organization that has promotional information or items to sell. All vendors must bring a tent, table and chairs. We will have a limited amount of chairs and tables for rent.
For Profit Vendor | Early Bird (10x20) $410.00 Non-refundable Any for-profit business or organization that has promotional information or items to sell. All vendors must bring a tent, table and chairs. We will have a limited amount of chairs and tables for rent.
Political Candidate | Early Bird (10x10) $185.00 Non-refundable Any current sitting political person, or political candidates currently on campaign. All vendors must bring a tent, table and chairs. We will have a limited amount of chairs and tables for rent.
Political Candidate | Early Bird (10x20) $300.00 Non-refundable Any current sitting political person, or political candidates currently on campaign. All vendors must bring a tent, table and chairs. We will have a limited amount of chairs and tables for rent.
Table $38.00 Non-refundable There are a limited number of tables available to rent.
INDOOR VENDOR FEE| Single booth (10x10) $50.00 Non-refundable There is a $50 non-refundable per space, indoor vendor fee which is charged upon approval of your vendor application. Once the indoor spaces are full, additional vendors will be placed outside.
INDOOR VENDOR FEE| Double booth (10x20) $100.00 Non-refundable There is a $100 non-refundable indoor vendor fee which is charged upon approval of your vendor space.
Nonprofit 10x10 Booth | Early Bird $160.00 Non-refundable A nonprofit vendor must have a valid 501(c)(3) status. Single nonprofit booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. All vendors must bring a tent, table and chairs. We will have a limited amount of chairs and tables for rent.
Electrical Outlet $35.00 Non-refundable There are a limited number of electrical outlets available for rental.
