About the application

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS: 
All vendors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, etc & setup/breakdown in a timely manner. For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights since most locations do not provide external power. We do not accept MLM, Paparazzi or mass produced vendors. Artists & makers of all kinds are encouraged to apply -- however, Art vendors will not be allowed to sell food. TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS - (minimum 20 lbs. per leg), If your tent does not have weights you will be asked to collapse it down and vend without one.
VENDOR CONDUCT:
Because this is a brewery event we expect our vendors to either drink responsibly or plan a safe way home. We are not responsible for the safety of inebriated vendors. Vendors must clean up their spaces and trash when leaving. Please do not pack up early, it is unprofessional and disrespectful to your fellow vendors, shoppers, and the event space. If you do without prior discussion, you may not be invited back. 
PAYMENT DEADLINE: 
As soon as your vendor fee is paid we will begin promoting your business on our social media outlets. We provide paid promotions on Facebook and Instagram. If accepted, vendors will be emailed with more info & asked to pay the non-refundable vendor fee to secure your spot. Deposits must be paid & refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, otherwise fees will be transferred forward to another event at the request of the vendor- for any questions email us at: SudnatStudios@gmail.com
WEATHER/RAIN POLICY:
Our events are not rain or shine. We don't think it is worth risking the safety of our vendors and their products to have an event in the rain. We make the call the night before or morning of the event and send out an email and announce on all social media if the event is still happening, so please keep an eye on your inbox and our social media! On occasion we will delay an event by an hour if the weather seems like it will clear up, which we will also announce on social media and via email. In the case we do cancel the event we can transfer your vendor fee forward to any of our other events with remaining availability.

Terms & Conditions

1- All products must be handmade or designed, no MLM or mass produced products - This form is for handmade goods vendors only!
2- All vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials - tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, tent weights, lights (for night markets) etc & must setup/breakdown in a timely manner. 
3- TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS (10 lbs. per tent leg required, 20 lbs per leg recommended)- If you do not have weights you will be asked to break down your tent and only have tables set up.
4- We do not provide power access at ANY of our events. For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights. Contact us if you need power or plan to bring a generator. Vendors must have authorization to use a generator.
5- Your vending spot is ONLY reserved after acceptance and payment is received. We will not hold an unpaid vendor spot, and vendors will be charged upon acceptance. If accepted, vendors will be emailed with load-in information from the Eventeny platform. Fees are non-refundable and we will consider a fee transfer on a case-by-case basis.
6- In the event of inclement weather we will notify vendors early the morning-of the event and your fee can be transferred forward to another event with remaining availability.
7- It is the responsibility of the individual business to obtain appropriate licenses or permits, collect sales tax and pay: federal, state and local taxes, and comply with all applicable rules and regulations

(10'x10') Outdoor Tent Space $50.00 (10ft width, 10ft depth Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, weights, etc. for all events
Advertising - Vendor Post (Instagram & Facebook) $10.00 Non-refundable To promote for the event, we do Vendor Shoutouts on our Instagram Stories which expire after 24 hours. These story shoutouts are a free courtesy, and your business is not guaranteed a story shoutout. ----- If you would like guaranteed promotion for your business for this specific event, select this option to receive a slide on a dedicated post or Reel on Instagram and Facebook. This option also includes a guaranteed Story Shoutout. ----- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSTAGRAM, WE WILL USE THE PHOTOS PROVIDED IN YOUR APPLICATION FOR THE POST! PLEASE UPLOAD PHOTOS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH US USING!
Sponsor/Non-Artist Booth $100.00 Non-refundable Do you sell... Windows, Gutters, Insurance, Local business services (like chiropractic, consulting, or real estate)? This is the booth option for you! Our events center around supporting small, handmade business - but we still want to give other local business a chance to participate!
